How do you get on the fortune 100 best companies to work for?

Companies must employ at least 1,000 American employees to be considered on the list of the 100 best companies, and at least 100,000 employees worldwide to be considered on the list of the best great companies to work for. Great Place to Work determines the list of the 100 best companies to work for using its patented For All methodology to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in the largest ongoing annual study of the United States workforce, based on more than 870,000 responses to employee surveys and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million employees, this year alone. For the third consecutive year, Experian North America was included in the prestigious national list that honors the “100 best companies that adapted to massive changes in the workplace by prioritizing well-being, inclusion, purpose, listening and caring for employees wherever their employees are.” In addition, companies provide organizational data such as size, location, industry, demographics, functions and levels. From listening sessions to employee resource groups (ERGs), the top 100 took steps to ensure that all employees felt included.
